How it works.
Each program gets its own branded workspace on its own domain: logo, colours, which modules are on, and who can see what. Under the hood it is one multi-tenant codebase, so a fix ships to every program at once.
Applicants come in through configurable onboarding questions and land in an application tracking system. The same matching engine that scores opportunities for seekers scores applicants for reviewers, so a program manager sees an AI fit score next to every submission.
Members are mapped geographically, can search and message each other, and unlock courses, perks, events, and room bookings through membership tiers or credits, with Stripe handling plans and payments.
Hard parts.
- True multi-tenancy with per-program permissions, roles, and feature flags without forking the codebase.
- Custom domains and branding on a shared platform while keeping SOC 2 Type II controls intact.
- Keeping the seeker-side and provider-side products in one data model so a match on one side is an application on the other.
Outcome.
Adopted by national funding organizations to run grant and loan programs, replacing spreadsheets and email threads with one system their communities trust.
